The Woodrun Church Covenant describes the spiritual and lifestyle goals of our members.

CHURCH MEMBER'S COVENANT

Having acknowledged Jesus Christ as my Savior and Lord, having submitted to believer's baptism, and having been led by the Spirit of God to unite with this church, I covenant together with this body of believers known as Woodrun Baptist Church:

1.  To establish and maintain this church according to the model of the Great Commission  (Matthew 28:19-20).
2.  To actively participate in worship of the True and Living God with sincere humility, devotion, and praise (John 4:23-24).
3.  To advance the proclamation of the gospel of the kingdom of God through my personal witness and through participation in the cooperative, collective efforts of this body (Romans 1:16 and Acts 1:8).
4.  To display Christ-like actions and attitudes, develop the fruit of the Spirit, and encourage other members in this mutual goal (Romans 12:1-2, Galatians 5:22-23, and 2 Peter 1:5-8).
5.  To promote Christian unity, love, and spiritual growth within this body by my example and by my service (Ephesians 4:26, 15-16).
6.  To pray regularly for the needs and spiritual growth of other church members and to give assistance, counsel, and comfort whenever possible (Colossians 1:9-10 and Romans 12:12-13).
7.  To develop and exercise my spiritual gifts in love for the benefit of the body of Christ (1 Peter 4:10).
8.  To support the ministries of this church by my attendance, my involvement, and my giving (Hebrews 10:25, 2 Corinthians 9:6-7, and Malachi 3:10).
9.  To avoid being judgmental of other believers, remembering that we must each give account to Christ our Lord (Romans 14:9-12 and Matthew 7:3-5).
10. To not be easily offended by other members and to be quick to forgive, remembering how Christ has forgiven us (Ephesians 4:26-27, 32).
11. To oppose ungodliness in its varied forms in our society and our world, without malice  or disregard for the rights of others (Ephesians 5:11, Galatians 5:19-21, 1 Timothy 1:8-11, and Matthew 5:44, 46-47).
12. And to uphold the truths, principles, and values of the Bible in my church, my life, and my home; especially endeavoring to teach them to the children and youth of the church so that
they may know and follow the ways of Christ (2 Timothy 3:16, Deuteronomy 6:5-9, and Proverbs 22:6).
